How close to Disney and the other attractions are your homes? All of our homes are within minutes drive of Disney. Sea World and Universal Studios are also close to the homes. All homes are located in a quiet residential area called Indian Ridge Oaks. Are there laundry facilities available at the homes? Yes, all homes have a washer and a dryer. Do all of your homes have an enclosed swimming pools? Yes all pools can also be heated for the cooler months. All homes are equipped with the highest quality of pools which are fully enclosed. They have pool furniture and towel drying racks. There is a nice deck area next to the pool too. What do we need to bring? Not a lot ! Just bring yourselves, some clothes and don't forget your swimsuits. Then relax and enjoy the space of your own home. How do we book? To book you need to contact us by telephone, fax or email. We will inform you of the availability and of the cost amount. A deposit of $250 will be required to secure your dates for the home. This deposit should be in the form of a credit card, money order, cashier's check or personal check. Please note there is a 2.5% charge for credit cards. When do I pay the balance? The balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. What happens if we cancel? If your cancellation is made 31 days or more from your scheduled arrival, your deposit will be returned minus a $50 administration fee. If your cancellation is made 30 days or less from your scheduled arrival, that unfortunately means the loss of your deposit. How do we collect the keys? You will pick up the keys from the lock boxes at the home. Full check in details will be sent to you once your full payment has been received. What happens if we arrive late? No problem - we have a lockbox on the house. You will be provided with the lockbox code with your check in details. What about tickets for the parks? Check out our links on the attractions page.
